Not use the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Vendor Directory

Vendor listings in the Peptok directory are provided for informational purposes. Listing on Peptok does not constitute endorsement of any vendor or their products. Vendors who claim and pay for listings agree to our vendor-specific terms, which are provided at the time of claiming.

Peptok may receive compensation from vendors in the form of listing fees or affiliate commissions. This relationship does not influence our editorial content or ratings methodology.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Peptok — including articles, guides, peptide profiles, and original research — is the property of Peptok.ai and protected by copyright law. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page. Reproducing full articles without permission is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to The Lab (stack profiles, comments, reviews), you grant Peptok a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for content you submit.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Scrape or harvest data from the Site without written permission
Use automated tools to submit false vendor reviews or ratings
Attempt to access restricted portions of the platform without authorization
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
